The Journey Within

More than fourteen years ago, I took my first conscious breath on the meditation cushion. What began as curiosity evolved into a calling that would eventually reshape the entire landscape of my existence.

Worldly achievements continued to offer a sense of fulfillment. Yet as my meditation practice deepened, I began to sense something vast unfolding within – a spaciousness that felt more real, more compelling than anything the external world offered. This inner calling grew until I could no longer ignore its increasing intensity.

In what appeared to many as a radical decision, I stepped away from conventional rhythms and departed for Hawaii, dedicating myself entirely to a life of sustained inner practice – the disciplined study of Consciousness and its energy.

Now, for nearly four years, I’ve been living in the embrace of Hawaii’s remote jungle wilderness, practicing in solitude and silence. There I devote between ten and fifteen hours each day to deepening my practice.

The Practice

My inner journey spans multiple traditions: the non-dual wisdom of Advaita Vedanta along with its practical side, the paths of Raja Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Sat-Chakra Yoga, Nada Yoga, Laya Yoga, elements of Tibetan Buddhism, and insights from Kashmir Shaivism.

Throughout this whole journey, I’ve never relied on external substances or shortcuts to facilitate experiences. The path itself, when walked with discipline and total dedication, reveals everything that’s ready to be experienced.

The Offer

For millennia, group meditations – alongside secluded retreats – have been an essential part in most traditions.

Through daily online sitting meditation sessions (normally 4 sessions 1.5+ hours each), I’m creating spaces where we can sit together in the field of awareness, peace, and joy. Whether you’re taking your first steps in meditation or have been practicing for years, these sessions offer an opportunity to experience the depth and clarity that emerge in shared presence.

The greatest gift of this practice has been discovering that the vastness within is our natural state – not something to achieve, but something to recognize and remember in every moment of post-meditation life as we navigate our daily routines.

I would be honored to accompany you as you make this discovery for yourself.
